The customer service is awful. Woman at counter is so rude and always is. Big hassle trying to pick up shirts I took in together, git one back, had my ticket. Kept asking me if they had been there before the shirts, I said no it was first time. These were given to my husband by a friend. Well they were under the friend name!! Why? The ticket was under my name! She tried to put my shirts back saying come back when her boss was there. Wth. Got my shirts...done as long as she's there

I was greeted very warmly at the door by Ms. Patty and was taken care of very well. I have been using this location for all of my dry cleaning needs all thanks to great fast service. ????

All Baldwin Cleaners is conveniently located within 5 minutes from where I'm staying while in town with my family so I decided to drop off my dry cleaning here. The staff is friendly and efficient at serving their customers,there was a line about 6 cars deep I thought it was gonna be 35min or more before they'd get to me. Seeing they were processing customers very quickly as it took them all of 2-3 minutes to process my ticket & input my instructions on how I wanted my clothes dry cleaned four pick up the next day. I come back the next day to pick up my shirt & slacks, noticing that the seams were pressed exactly how I liked them along with the medium starch for the collar I requested. With that being said, I will return here in the future when I come back down for my next visit. The price I paid was reasonable and I was overall satisfied with the whole experience.
