I can’t say enough good things about Chase and his team. As a small business owner I have to rely on his team multiple times over the years. I have even recently switched my phone services and bought several computers from them. The hands on service and help is what I was missing my first 10 years in business and now I have it. I use to spend hours trying to figure out things myself costing me time and money in the long run. I no longer worry about that.

I called Red Wave to see if they would work on my personal PC. They advised me that, that is not what they normally do but they would take a look at it but in all fairness their normal clientele would come first on any and all projects. As someone who understands business to some degree I not only found this fair but totally understandable and certainly appreciated the heads up. I dropped my PC off and within a few hours I received a call back with the diagnosis and estimated time for it to be repaired.
