They immediately diagnosed the issue and stabilized the problem until they could come back the next day. “I called Johns Plumbing about a leaking valve. Given that we were in the middle of a winter storm, they sent a team out within a reasonable time. The valve was installed in an awkward position, and it looked like they would have to tear out a lot of the surrounding sheetrock to repair it. Marvin and his helper fixed the problem within a few hours without tearing out much sheetrock. They found a wood panel to cover the area. The panel will probably be a temporary solution, but it works for now and was a nice consideration. This is the second time John's has helped us. “Cannot recommend highly enough. We had gotten ourselves in a mess trying to remodel the ensuite in our mid-century ranch. When we realized we were out of our depth, we called numerous contractors. All of which either, were way too expensive, or couldn’t do what we wanted. Then we found Patrick and decided to give him a shot because he was local and had good reviews. Patrick came out to consult, listened to what we wanted in our dream bath and worked with us through figuring out how to get there. Of course, there were some bumps along the way, but Patrick and his team were responsive, transparent, and down right creative in solving and overcoming the quirks of an older house. In the end, we got more than we ever dreamed we could squeeze into the space. Even better, everything was completed within budget and in a timely fashion. The communication was 2nd to none.
