If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and helpful staff you definitely need to go see P4 Therapy in Gardendale. The owner Roxanne is the best! I definitely give them 5 stars!

I never imagined that therapy would help me as much as it has, but after one visit, I feel fantastic! Miss Roxanne definitely knows her business. I'm impressed and pain free, at least for now.

I went to P4 with weakness in my leg from a back injury. The team in P4 Gardendale are both professional and caring. They do a very good job and there is a wonderful atmosphere at this facility. I'd like to thank Arlie Etherton for his great work. And I'd like to thank Roxanne St Martin for running a wonderful organization.
