My initial conversation with Teri was late morning on a Sunday. Our A/C unit had completely stopped working...and it was miserably hot. Teri was great! She was very knowledgeable and very helpful! She dispatched their Service Tech, Noah, who was on a service call, but arrived in very short order. Noah diagnosed our problem and had us up and running again in no time! I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to be attended to so quickly and treated fairly. I am very appreciative! Thank you, Teri & Noah! We'll be in touch.
I am extremely happy with my recent HVAC repair experience with One Source. I got a very prompt response to my service request, and equally quick visit. The Tech went above and beyond servicing my AC unit…in very hot conditions…that had completely shut down. The Tech did a temporary repair of my damaged ducting to insure I had cool air until the permanent ducting repair could be made by another crew. I highly recommend One Source.
