I have had a few disappointing instances there which is the only reason I'm rating a 4 but all in all its the only place I will go to get my nails done. They have very talented nail techs and I usually end up pleased with the results.

Zero complaints! Pricey but I got tips, air brushed color fade and the new glimmer power stuff on top. I had Adam and he did amazing! I showed him what I wanted on Pinterest, and he made it happen! I was quickly seated upon arrival and in & out in under an hour. I'll definitely be back and recommend!Price: $75

I am typically not one to complain whatsoever but after yesterday I’m not sure I’ll be going back to nail model. I had an extremely long day, and wanted to do something for myself and get my nails done. I brought my son with me who is two years old. From the get go, my nail tech seemed super irritated that he was there with me when he literally was just sitting in my lap. It most definitely felt hostile, I heard them talking about how I shouldn’t have brought him and it just wasn’t a good experience.
