Michael and his team provide top notch service! We have our commercial, home and auto policies with Aligned Insurance Agency and have been extremely pleased. They not only saved us money, but increased our coverages. Because we have a mechanical breakdown rider on our commercial property at Gadsden Variety, we paid only a $1,000 deductible last year when an $18,000+ HVAC had to be replaced. If Michael had not advised us to add that coverage, it would have been a struggle for our small business!

We have our home, auto, boat, camper and business insured with Aligned, and couldn't be happier. It's nice to have one contact for all needs, and the staff provides a 'white glove' service whenever we need any assistance. Their priority is providing protection, and they exceeded expectations with a recent mechanical breakdown claim we had to file with our business recently. It's a comfort to know Aligned is in our corner when we need them!
