“My AC failed on a hot August evening and I was looking to make a change from another Carrier dealer. Was able to talk to a tech (Justin) after hours who was helpful. Decided to wait till next morning and called before they opened. Was able to talk with a real person who could say they could schedule me around lunch that day (again, this is before they even opened). Joe called and was enroute by about 10:30 AM. Diagnosed a bad capacitor immediately, had the part on the truck and was done in no time. Also courteous and friendly. Price was reasonable and solved the problem. “On June 5th Triston came to the house to check the A/C system, we knew that it would probably have to be replaced. He checked everything, explained the possibilities and options, ultimately we decided to replace it. He brought us a comfort proposal and answered all our questions about the different units.
