“The dentist was not rough at all while she was doing a deep cleaning on my teeth. I like the fact that she kept asking me if I was okay throughout the whole visit. She took her time to explain step by step what all services were being done during appointment. She also reassured me that everything was going to be fine. Their staff of dentists and assistants is of the highest caliber. I’ve had many crowns and root canals done and Dr. Payne and Tasha, Kim and Anastasia who assisted her done a great job. “I had a dental emergency on a Saturday and they were able to get me in. AL Dental Associates are not my normal dentist. After my visit and procedure they are NOW! The staff is supper friendly from the moment you walk in, but I have to give props to Doc J and Emmy. They were extremely patient with me, I mean extremely patient. I wouldn’t have been mad if he had got frustrated with me, but they didn’t. Doc J went out his way to make sure I was comfortable and Emmy kept checking to make sure I was doing ok. Doc J even called to check up on me later that day, he could have easily had one of the office people do it. I will not go anywhere else’s going forward. The staff is super nice and helpful, but Doc J and Emmy rock!! Give them a chance I guarantee you will be a new patient.“

He’s performed 2 surgeries on my little one that turned out to be good. Excellent bedside manners. He has also made hisself available for emergency calls while on family vacation. We love Dr. Thomas, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else besides him.“
