“i scheduled a short hair cut which includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and hair cut at $25. however, i was immediately seated at the salon chair rather than the shampoo chair. i assumed she would ask what i want and then take me to the shampoo chair but instead she started cutting my hair. long story short, i was charged for an express cut which is $35. i definitely should’ve spoken up and let her know that i wanted my hair washed but i assumed she knew what i wanted from my booking. i felt as this if she dismissed my booking because she had another client in a different chair but i’m not sure.all of this to say, my haircut is still really cute and i’m happy with it! however, i’m really disappointed i spent $10 more then i wanted because i wasn’t able to tip her more than $5. i definitely recommend this salon but make sure they know what you want.Service: Haircut“

“I can't believe I did not review my initial visit here from a few months ago. When I originally booked online there weren't any issues. Pretty easy setting the appointment. My appt got canceled w/o explanation. I was not happy but it was due to a technical issue. Thank goodness my friend who referred me contacted Whitney and everything was resolved quickly.When I arrived at my appointment, I was greeted and never felt like it was actually my first time coming here. I loved that!!! Whitney has the best personality. She is very knowledgeable about her craft , which I appreciate. Whitney was able to advise me on some different things regarding my hair as I am currently trying to regrow my natural hair back to it's healthier state. It's been a journey for sure. “I have been knowing Audrey since they were located in Airport Hills. If you want you hair done right baby they are out of site!!!! Audrey is the best! She is a Woman of God and makes sure that her clients receive the very best in hair care. She even does appreciations for her clients! The other stylist are awesome as well. Sometimes you may have to wait for a while but I promise you will receive satisfaction!!!!! Also, if you are in need of a rental spot for birthday's weddings and parties, I strongly recommend renting their maps center. “I use Drew. She is fantastic at cutting my hair. I will admit in past I have been to 2 other people have been cutting my hair only because they were closer that’s all ,and nobody can cut it like she can. She is by far the best in the state as far as I am concerned. and I will never leave again I would drive 50 miles just so she could do my hair and that’s the truth. She gives super Perms and great hair color. Please give her a try I promise You will not be sorry. For me it’s like going back home and I won’t ever leave again. I have very very fine poker straight hair. She is the only one that really knows what to do. “Terry was closed during the manadory shutdown, but once able to reopen, he took every precaution to assure complete cleanliness, social distancing of clients, and mask wearing. I hesitated to even go to a salon once they re-opened as I am in the \\\"older group\\\" but Terry's precautions made me feel safe. He meets his clients at the door, allows only one client inside at a time, and he and his staff wear masks. I appreciate all the trouble Terry has gone thru to make it as safe as possible to FINALLY get a hair cut!! Thank you Terry. You are the BEST!“
