Kendall did a great job helping me tonight. She was able to help me pick out the best glasses that were right for me. I appreciated her honesty when she was able to tell me that certain glasses were not right for me. She did everything that she could to make sure that I was happy and found everything that I needed. I give Kendall 5 stars and will definitely be back at some point in the future for her to help me again.
I had been to the Fultondale, AL location to have an exam and order glasses. I also had a pair of vintage cat eye glasses that belonged to my mother. Zena, the technician swooned over them as I did. They sent them to the lab but were returned as they couldn’t be fitted with lenses. Fast forward to today and I had gone in to have a lens tightened. While I waited I browsed just for fun. Zena saw me and said there was a new cat eye design and thought I would like. I immediately bought them, not intending to purchase anything today. Her thoughtfulness made an unexpected sale today! Everyone at this location is super nice but she knew what I wanted and remembered me!!!!!
