Our experience with W&W has proved to be dealing with a company with integrity and quality. The initial tile flooring install wasn't done correctly (bad contractor) and our tile grout kept breaking up. After they attempted to repair (thinking it was bad grout ) Jacob came to our house and further inspection found movement in our underlayment. He gave us options and he was very helpful in coming up with solutions to finally fix our floor. Jacob had the flooring installed and his helper (I'm sorry don't remember his name) did such an amazing job matching up to our other LVP that we were so impressed!! All that W&W has done for us has truly shown how excellent they are in making sure their customers are satisfied and the job is done right !! Thank you Jacob, Shane, and "installer"? For a job well done! We won't hesitate to work with y'all again on any flooring in the future.

I cannot thank these guys enough! I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and patience they showed during this process. Big shoutout to Jacob and Jeremy! Also, a very special thank you to Mr. Jim. I appreciate you all very much! My family and I will be enjoying this kitchen for a long time :)
