Awful experience. I recommend paying more and going to a salon in Fairhope.
I went in to get my roots done. Idk what a partial is... but I didn't ask for it, and she stated that I did. I went in with beautiful brown hair with highlights and came out with all the hair around my face blonde, almost no roots done except for the top of my head, and some strands half brown/half blonde.
They should be honest about their skill level. And not tell the client they can do something they can not.
This was my second experience getting my hair done in 10 years, but I know that this is not good work.

Horrific....used a squirt bottle to wet portion of my long hair to cut it and- had me in and out of her chair in 11 minutes. I am now at salon in Gulf Shores getting actual hair cut. truly unbelievableService: Haircut

She told me it would be 20 minsTo come back I left came back within 10 mins an she had locked the doors n wasted my time when I only wanted my hair thinned all I can say is wow I'll take my money somewhere else n won't recommend this place to anyone elseService: Haircut
