“A few short years ago we had a metal roof installed and recently another vendor was repairing a soffit and noticed some of the screws were not screwed down tightly. Subsequently, we learned the the company that installed our roof (5 yr warranty) went out of business. High Tide Contracting and Roofing was recommended. I called and Taylor showed up within a coupld of days. He went up on the roof checked and tightened all of the loose screws. instpected the roof and reported that all was good. His took the time to explain the differnt screws for metal roofing and show me the difference and let me know we had premium screws. I was very pleased with Taylor and his work ethic and it speaks to the type of company High Tide is. There was a section of the roof he could not get to with his ladder. Therefore, he said he would return early this weekk and check the area he was unable to check initially. I expect he will return as promised if not, I will be ammending my review. Taylor appeared to be a man of integrity. I expect to see him soon. High Tide will be the roofing company of rely on for the forseeable future.

Update - unfortunately Taylor nor anyone from High Tide roofing returned to complete the work/task.
