Looking for parts for our RV and told the guy what was going on and he didn't have the part we needed but suggested we try something else that might fix the problem and it cost less than the original part we needed.

This gentlemen is wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. I strolled into here to find a part I needed for my Rv and it was seamless process. Very knowledgeable gentlemen who owns this place. Highly recommend him for your Rv needs.

My power went out last week and Petersen RV didn’t have a tech available so she gave 2 numbers of other RV repair services and the one I called called me back within 10 mins and he walked me through a few steps and it was the main breaker outside, my power came back on, I was SO grateful, my husband was out of town so I was frantic but I will DEFINITELY be using both places!! I just thought it was nice that they knew I HAD to have AC so she knew of other businesses and gave me their numbers,, that’s just unheard of where I came from!!
