Arrived an hour earlier than the inspection time. Was finishing up when we arrived. We were not able to walk the property with him. Very brief in his remarks. Provided written report instead. Completely missed the lack of sewer ventilation in a $850k property! Told us vent fans in two bathrooms were operable when they didn’t even exist. Sewer pipe cut off in the attic. Began to smell gas when the first north wind blew. Sent pictures and email to Greg. No response. Called and left a message with Greg. No response. Called again a week later and he said he was on vacation and would look at the report when he got home and then hung up the phone. Never called. Emailed Greg a couple of weeks later and got no response. Totally unresponsive and unprofessional!

Called and asked when they could do an inspection. They Told me same day, Which was perfect. They did the inspection as scheduled. However they did not send me the report until 4 days later passed my due diligence period. They also ignored me for the 4 days while I asked for updates. Sucks because they're aren't many inspection companies in that area. But they lost my business forever and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Terrible business practice, no reliability and or accountability
