They advertise same day service but when it was requested they said it would be done by 5. We went to pick up at 5 the same day and the clothes were still wet and they said oh sorry the person who presses is already gone for the day. Do not recommend going here they are very unhelpful and always seem to misplace your clothing items. Very unprofessional.

I thought I would try someplace cheaper but never again not only did they leave my jacket damaged and buttons missing but they refused to compensate me for it. When I asked for the owner he never responded so I called and called and finally got a response and the customer service was so unprofessional and unbelievably rude 0/10 would rather pay more elsewhere.

Williams cleaners ruined my Mother of the Bride dress and would not take responsibility for the damages. The owner said the dress was ruined because it was cheap. Since then I have talked to more people with the same issue. Do not trust them with special items.
