I did like the color but not how it was used nor how the work was done. I wanted black french tips but this is not how I thought black French tips would come out looking like. I've gotten black French tips done before and this is not what it looked like, personally I wouldn't come back for this type of nails.
I've been coming to Perfect Nails for years. Lisa and Henry are always so kind and nice. I, personally, prefer Lisa to do my nails, and she achieves impressive results! I suggest scheduling an appointment due to their busy clientele. Dani
Second time coming here. The first time, Lisa did my pedicure. It was just okay. The gel application was sloppy and pooled at my cuticles. The massage could have been better. Henry did ombre acrylic full set. They were beautiful. Henry was quiet but kind. On my second visit, Lisa did my fill and when it was time to shape my nails, I asked for the ballerina shape. She began filling them square. I explained that maybe she's heard the term coffin before and that in some salons, the terms are interchangeable; but I, in fact, wanted the ballerina shape. To me, it was as simple as coming to an understanding. For her, it was much more as she mumbled something about being the "expert". I ignored her to keep the peace. After filling all my nails, she told me I could change the shape myself if I didn't like it, as she moved away to check on another customer. I started to ask her if she adjusts the price if I have to do my own nails but decided against it as I'd made the decision then and there to never return. Fortunately, Henry finished my nails. Lisa has a short fuse and gets frustrated easily, taking it out on customers. The longevity of their business may suffer if she doesn't check her attitude. If you MUST go, ask for Henry. She'll be offended, but trust me, for a drama-free experience, stay away from Lisa!
