The technician, Riley, is very good. Very polite, conscientious and knows his business very well. Been doing business with Hamm for years and always glad when this technician shows up because he services my unit 100 percent satisfaction and takes time to answer my questions and concerns!!! My install was not easy but JC Hamm took care of all the issues! I had a zoned system with electric emergency heat, now I have a new heat pump with gas heat and my zoned system works great!
