They were quick to come out and bring equipment. However, the concentrator just does not seem to work properly. Also, the O² supplier in the past , provided me with a portable concentrator, HCS gave me 3 small O² tanks that last aprox. 2 hrs each. I was out by end of 1st weekend. So, with all that being said, I gave them a 3, just because I am being nice, strongly because of their punctuality, and the politeness of the gentleman that delivered the equipment. But overall, not very happy with their products.
I want to Thank Barry Hooper for coming to my rescue Saturday. He was very professional and very caring. He went out of his way to help. He explained everything very clearly. I could tell he loved his job caring for people. If anyone is looking for a medical supply company that is caring and fast in supplying your needs this one is for you.
