Dishonesty reigns. Removed body from hospital when specifically told not to, then held body ransom for payment of a removal fee - after looking me in the eye and shaking my hand agreeing there was no fee because they made a mistake. Run from this place!
How do I begin ? Very Unprofessional, very Rude, No Compassion! I pray that no family has to experience what mine did ! Expecting to see your loved one in a private dignifiedviewing before cremation only to be lead to a cold unfeeling Makeup Room with his body lying on a steel table , clothed in what was sent by family , not draped with a blanket or cloth of any kind! No apologies, no discussion on what went wrong with the arrangements , just a constant verbal of "extra cost money" Which had been discussed and decided by family when they made the arrangements with Greenview! Recent bad experience - no compassion whatsoever and did not listen and honor family’s wishes- very unprofessional and talked graphically about other “clients” and how they were gross in their deceased states- also kept leaving the room to deal with other clients despite having an appointment with us- - this place has declined terribly. They robbed us of a dignified viewing before cremation.Greenview use to be better- I would avoid this place!
