Not giving a 1 star as the flowers were ok but the service was 1 star. After giving delivery instructions which included the lock passcode they locked the door knob as well and subsequently locked us out. We did not have access to this knob’s key unfortunately. Mistakes happen and I left a message with the owner letting her know what had happened. We had to pay to get a locksmith to come out but he came fairly quick and it could have been a worse situation to deal with. I had no intent of shifting that cost to a small business since it was an honest mistake. The reason for the review as I received not one call acknowledging the mistake or apologizing.
