We have been with Cooks Pest and Termite services for 20+ years now. I admit, years ago we left the termite service briefly and thought we could find cheaper and better but it didn't take long to come back to Cooks. We have never had any problems with any of the technicians over the years. They have all been friendly and professional. The same goes for the office personnel when I have had to call I received friendly and helpful service. I would highly recommend Cooks Services for your home and property.

Been a customer for right at 10 years, highly recommend them! They have always been super quick to check things out when I’ve called and never questioned me when I have concerns even if they sound silly to them.

Eric Newbern is hands down the best service rep iv ever seen, and ive dealt with alot of customer service over the years. I hope Cooks promotes him because he adds alot to their already Great service and prompt responses, one on one attention every time you need it
