Amedysis met my husband and me when he came home from Vanderbilt Critical Care Unit to die. They covered so many questions before they left, and gave me supplies, arranged for oxygen, and set up a time to come back. I did not have to make any trips to the pharmacy to pick up meds. When my husband died, the nurse came very quickly. Their psychological support was comforting. For 1 year afterward I received supportive pamphlets to lift my spirits. These thoughtful people made this experience much easier for me.

The nurses and nurses assistants were wonderful. They helped my son and me so much. We thought of them as family. After my son passed, amedisys kelped in touch with me throughout the year. Thank you amedisys for all you did for my son and also me. I love you all. Linda Elliott

Whenever we had a question or concern, the nurse did a prompt callback when we called the service. No matter the time of night if we felt we needed a nurse's help, one would show up.We never felt rushed in a visit and the nurse never failed to ask if we had any questions or concerns we wanted her to address.
