I booked an appt over Facebook messenger but there was either a miscommunication or they forgot to write me down. Idk maybe both. Either way, so it’s a Saturday (today august 27th) and I’m getting eloped so I’m on a tight schedule. There was only two ladies in the shop. They were quick to figure out the situation and find a solution. Originally I was going to get a wash, cut, and style. But because of the situation we decided just to style it because I was on a time crunch and they had other scheduled clients they were working on. Layla was my savior today! She styled my hair quickly and it was soooo pretty! It wasn’t what I went in expecting, but I’m so grateful they were so nice and helpful. I will be returning. I just wanted to let everyone know to call and confirm your appointment if you message them! I should’ve done that, but what can I say? We all make mistakes. Which is why you shouldn’t be quick to judge and react if things don’t go exactly how you expect. Most of the time there’s a perfectly good fix or compromise! Update 6/10/24 I went back to give another try and they seem to have good crew again that all know what they are doing, I was in and out in 30 min and given it was lunch time they it pretty fast. The guy that did my beard I haven’t seen before so I guess he had started in the few months that I haven’t been but he did a great job, so with the addition of him it was Juan, his son, his wife and daughter there and in my opinion they are the all star crew that make up a winning team. I hope it stays that way because having the best people make you the best business in town.
Updating my review. I’ve been going here almost 5 years, I never complained always getting the trainees or always getting my number called and being asked to take a seat back down and be told my wife will get you in a minute. Until today I finally got fed up with it and walked out, I’ve been passive about it the last 3 years but today I had to put my foot down because my time is valuable to. After sitting and waiting every-time anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half and being asked to sit back down and wait a few more minutes even though my number was called. They aren’t the only place in town and it’s not that difficult to shave a head and line up a beard, I know because o do it two weeks out of the month that I don’t go to Jonny B. I’m sore 99% of the people don’t have that issue but I’m will not be that 1% any longer.

I stopped tanning around when covid hit because the salon had to close. I recently started going back the past couple of weeks and the staff is very friendly. They were very helpful with helping me pick out a lotion and answering any questions I have. Always clean there as well. Love this place.

Came in for a sugaring a few weeks ago and I am absolutely obsessed with the results. My hair is much thinner and lighter and it has grown back SO slow. Could not recommend this place enough. I was so nervous about my service but Alani was so professional and made me so comfortable. 10/10 will never shave again!!!!!!
Serenity Day Spa is a spa worth visiting, the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The building is sparkling clean, the staff are amazing. All of my family left happy, and believe the spa will continue to grow in experience and flourish in heart.
Matt is the best. He’s done several pieces for me. He is super collaborative AND will explain to you if something won’t work - I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this. Some “artists” will do whatever without giving thought to how it will age. Matt is not that guy. He wants to make sure I’m happy with what he’s drawn AND that I’ll be happy with it for years to come. Austin (shop owner and artist) is very friendly and approachable about what you’re looking for in design and concept ideas. The atmosphere in his shops is tranquil and quiet while enjoying good conversation. Austin is probably the most accommodating person and shop owner. He is going to make it his mission that you’re always comfortable while getting tattooed. I felt that from start to finish working with him was easy and informative. I totally recommend his shop, not only for the amazing work he does, but for the atmosphere he provides while getting tattoo work done.
Cleanliness: Very clean and organized shop
This was my first visit to this establishment. Isaiah did an ear piercing with a needle for me. I recommend him , he is very exacting and a personable guy. I am a 76 year old gal that wanted a third ear piercing and am delighted to be able to bring and wear my own earrings after the procedure. This was in November and my ears are healing with no issues.

Had a backup in my sewer line, Michael and Jonathan from Crouch & Sons Plumbing had the whole thing fixed before the hour! Also had an issue with my toilet handle and they offered to replace it and had it done in 5 minutes. Great guys, great conversation and even better prices! I can not recommend this company enough.

My mother had them come out to her house to look at a ceiling fan that the lights weren't working properly. They didn't replace the fan or the light kit on the fan. They repaired the light kit for a total cost that was much lower than purchasing a new one.We've had to use them a few times over the years and they've always provided great service at a good price.
Absolutely amazing human being ! The owner came out and helped himself when his crew had gone home in the ice/snow storm! He walked my husband through the process for hours before deciding to just brave the roads himself to help us in person! I cannot thank him enough and brag how kind hearted he is ! And he fixed the problem (the electrical side) and pointed us in a direction of the next specialty company we needed! Cannot recommend enough! As active duty military not familiar with area, it’s a blessing to find GOOD people like this!

We hired Cromeenes Construction to paint our kitchen, hallway, spare bathroom and laundry room. We are so happy with the work that was done. Brian, the owner, showed up on site at the beginning of the work and at the end of the work to inspect everything. We also had recessed LED lights installed and have tray ceilings. There wasn't one flaw in any of the work. The painters covered everything and cleaned up afterwards. We will be having Brians team come back for painting the rest of our home. We are also considering having Brian build a horse barn for us. Brian is a perfectionist. His team was punctual, polite and professional. They completed the work quicker than we expected. We highly recommend Cromeenes Construction, LLC.
Eric and Carmel have both serviced my house and done an excellent job. Very meticulous spraying outside and pay particular attention to the areas that need it the most. Melissa in the office always lets me know ahead of time when the tech is coming out and easily adjusts the appointment if I request. I've been a customer for several years and have been extremely pleased.

We have been with Cooks Pest and Termite services for 20+ years now. I admit, years ago we left the termite service briefly and thought we could find cheaper and better but it didn't take long to come back to Cooks. We have never had any problems with any of the technicians over the years. They have all been friendly and professional. We just moved from out of state and absoutley loved our previous vet -- Fisher Animal is giving them a run for their money! We love this vet practice. Everyone is attentive, thorough but still quick. They are always able to help with immediate questions over the phone and usually have pretty quick availability in mild emergencies. My cat and dog both love Fisher!

Took our 2 dogs for a nail trim. One of our dogs is the "hate everyone until proven otherwise" type and he knew exactly how to handle her and did so without a muzzle.. I highly recommend!

As a groomer at this business I can one million percent tell all customers that we strive to ALWAYS take care of ur babies when they are w us. We treat each & every 1 of the pups big & small as if they are ours while they are with us. All of us have multiple dogs & cats & we adore ours just like each of you do yours. We know how we would want our babies treated in the same situation. We understand karma & truely believe in it & pride ourselves in the fact that we do love your babies & take care of them while in our care. I can assure all of our present clients & any potential future clients that IF there is EVER a problem with a dog on the table while grooming, during the bath or the drying process of ANY of the pups that we ALWAYS inform the owner of the problem. Things happen, most dogs don’t understand that we are only trying to help them & they LOVE 2 wiggle & move constantly. This can be very dangerous for the babies since we are using sharp objects on their body, head, around privates & faces. At times this can be dangerous for us if the pups decide they ARE NOT going to let us do anything & they had rather bite us than love us & because we love ur doggies & do our best to make the experience great for us & them they may have to be muzzled or corrected during the process. They can have mats in their hair that pull on them when we try to get them out or sometimes they are matted completely to the skin & this isn’t comfortable for either of us that is why we strongly suggest brushing your longer hair pups daily with a comb or brush. Of all things I can promise I can absolutely promise that your doggies being comfortable & enjoying coming to see us is a top priority in our shop as well as their safety & ours. If there is EVER ANYTHING that happens with anyone’s pup we ALWAYS communicate that with mom & dad whether it be something as serious as a cut on the pup down to something as simple as us finding a new mole on them. We verbalize it & record it on the pups card. The very last thing we want is for anyone’s dog to be scared of us. To be a groomer you have to have a DEEP LOVE for animals & I can assure everyone that all of us @ Classic Clips has that love for animals. This can be a trying job at times & when you find people that have been apart of this business for 10 plus years you know they LOVE what they do & we LOVE the pups we take care of. They become apart of our family when they are w us. We love being of service to our clients & their fur babies. It upsets me when I see a review like this bc I have worked at not so good grooming places, (not in Alabama) I have reported grooming places I’ve worked for because of the treatment toward the pups but this is 1 of the BEST places I have worked especially as far as the treatment of the babies. I hope that we can continue to work with ALL of our pups that we love so very much. And we can work together if there is ever a problem that someone has personally had or if someone believes they seen us mistreating a pup. I wish we could’ve addressed this the very moment there was a feeling that a baby was being mistreated. We know the exact pup that you are talking about & I promise his mom & dad know he can be difficult at times & that we have 2 stand our ground with him & they are very aware. But we do appreciate you looking out for the well being of animals. Please continue to ALWAYS do that. There IS NOT enough people that look out 4 them. Remember we have to be their voices since they can not tell us exactly how they are feeling. Thank you.
