My old warm air unit packed in and Craig came out the same day to take a look. As expected the system was knackered. As I was at work Craig rang me and explained the situation, by 4pm I had the quotes for the boiler and heating system. Craig fast tracked the job so that we could have water and heating. There was then the added complication of my old shower needing replacing as it was now incompatible. This was also sorted. Communication was clear and all the work carried out was done efficiently with no mess. Would 100% recommend.

Nick and Lewis arrived on time to fit an air conditioning unit in my loft conversion. They were efficient and explained things as they were doing it. I'm always careful who I let in to do jobs and from the first visit they put me at ease and didn't leave a mess! Lauren in the office was lovely to. She was very patient and sorted everything quickly.
