“This company went above and beyond to find and deliver a pediatric wheelchair when the name brand supplier sat on a prescription (SAAD). We delivered the script to Bay Home and had a brand new wheelchair on the SAME day. SAAD had nothing after 5 days. My little one is over the moon with being able to get around on his own. I can't say enough good things about this company and their ability to deliver when we were at our wits end. Matthew and Michael were key in helping us navigate the mess of acquiring medical equipment.“

“I've have been coming to this practice for over 15 years to see. Doctor Charles Kirkland, if it was not for Doctor Charles Kirkland. I probably would not of graduated high school. He is one of the best Doctors at this practice. I've never had a problem, with the staff. Like ever. Everyone always look like they are. Enjoying the work they are doing. When I left my appointment, last time with Doctor Charles Kirkland. This is what I saw. Every single phone was pressed to nurses ears, receptionist ear. Scheduling appointments, calling in prescriptions to pharmacist. A very well oiled machine, giving 110% to provide care to all surrounding areas. This is a real review, from someone. Who really has been visiting this practice for over 15 years! Stop the hate and just get your meds and leave. Have a nice day.“

“I see a number of physicians here, both through my VA and my personal insurance (because not all Drs in facility are covered by my VA ccn alone). That said, I have yet to experience any of the same issues that a few other posters mentioned. Front ofc seems just fine, Dr. McLaughlin'd team, Dr. Taupeka's team (and others) have all been great for me and my many medical disabilities. I would recommend and actually HAVE referred this location out. ??‍♀️ I think it's at least worth the initial appointment to make your own decisions.“
