Prompt, thorough, accommodating, and reasonably priced. The owner came out the next day, gave a range of options to choose from, then repaired our units. Will definitely use again! Really appreciated their customer focused service.
Have used them on several occasions. New equipment and emergency service. Always an immediate response. Called last Sunday morning when AC went out. Wayne was here by noon . No excess charge for "weekend ".
Alan (the owner) came out personally and serviced our unit. He was outstanding and very professional! He fielded every question I had about our AC unit and gave some excellent tips! He was fair, honest and genuine. He has earned our business in the future! Other AC companies tried to take advantage but Alan saved the day! Thank you Alan! We are comfortable again thanks to your services.
