Several years ago this groomer did an awesome job. I amUncertain what’s happened. The salon was dark and dirty. He is a fraction of the professional he used to be. I am sorry you took the attitude you did with my critique but as you can tell by the picture, the groom was an all out failure. I am Praying for you.

I see the rave reviews on here and wonder if the owner just didn’t like my husband who tried to explain how we wanted the dog clipped, but he went on the defensive saying that is how he grooms her. We dropped our dog off at 9:30 and picked her up at 4:45. I don’t understand the concept of getting an appointment time when it is always an all day affair. The grooming was horrible. Long strands of hair were left all over her and her ears were not groomed at all. That was our last trip there, don’t waste your time.

I've used this groomer before, and never really had a problem. Although, my most recent visit was especially unpleasant. Several hours after our appointment I went in to check on my pup. As soon as I opened the door, the owner became highly irritated, raised his voice, and verbally attacked me. I was in complete shock.. at time of pickup, he again chastised me for coming in early. He did apologize for loosing his temper, but after this experience I won't be returning.
