I was so pleased with the selection and the quality of the products used in my home (carpet and vinyl plank). I gave 4 rather than 5 stars because the staff is knowledgeable and helpful once in the showroom, however customer service over the phone is nonexistent. Good luck ever getting a call back or update on installs.

Bay Flooring & Design Inc crew did a wonderful job for us on a wood floor repair. They were professional, on time, sent pictures of their completed work and kept us in the loop throughout the project. I highly recommend this excellent company!

Have been here a few times and they are absolutely amazing. Shout out to Bay Flooring & Design Inc for helping us out with our floors and educating us on the products. I would absolutely recommend these guys. They go above and beyond to help their customers.
