“The staff seem to really care about the animals. But good luck making a call, cuz they rarely ever answer their phone! I was very upset they wanted to force vaccinate my dogs for rabies before they could be seen, as my dogs have had bad reactions to the rabies vaccines before! This was a new policy that was never required before!“
