I found PMS in a time of desperation. I called Josh, told him of my situation and he came over to help me out. I was with one local company for close to 4 years and after our regular big guy left that company, it was a roach nightmare ever since. The company didn't want to listen to me and kept feeding me lines to keep me with them. Best decision I made was to call PMS. Josh was thorough, and took his time to pay attention to details and problematic areas. With just his one visit, we are back to being bug free. I will recommend PMS/Josh to everyone. I am not looking back! Found our new bug man and you need to as well. You won't regret it!
Josh showed up on time and he was very polite. Very communicative, he explained everything. Told us the difference between a flying ants and termites. He took his time and did not rush us and was very informative, and his overall personality was awesome! Also, we learned some new things from him. If we ever needed any pest control service, we will be calling him.
I found 2 cockroach's in the my living room and bugs are my BIGGEST fear. I was freaking out so I called P.M.S. Pest control. Josh answered the phone and told me he could come the same day to help me. I was so thankful that he was able to fit me in right away. He came exactly on time and was super friendly. 10/10 recommend!
