My mom got a pedicure today and was given so much attitude when she asked (right after being seated) for regular polish and not gel. Like a look of disgust. I was sitting next to her and was completely distraught with the reaction she was given. I told my mom that I would’ve left if that had been me. Throughout the service multiple remarks were made. My mom answered kindly like she wasn’t phased, even though she was! Her heels were barely scrubbed so she asked if she could scrub one more spot and more attitude was given. I know when I get a pedicure I’m mostly there for the foot maintenance so that’s the important part.

They do okay pedicures, but if you want quality nails, do not go here. I've tried twice and gotten super poor quality nails both times. I always do dip powder nails, I have for 6 years, so I know what quality looks like. This isn't it. The first guy I went to didn't care about the edges, so it was sloppy and thick. The next time I went, the girl tried to leave it thick and lumpy, but I spoke up and she ended up filing it down a little more, but seemed annoyed I even said anything. She would have let me walk out like that. They lack people with quality skills on nails, for sure.

I went in today for a mani and pedi. I was assigned to Sonny. The pedi was fine but manicure was horrible. I paid more a basic polish (not gel) then I would for dip! He left polish on my fingers. He never did anything with my cuticles and I didn't even get a little arm massage. The gentleman next to me got more of a service than I did! I left very unsatisfied. He wasn't friendly or chatty at all. I was very disappointed.
