Having a very steep roof that needed new shingles along with some carpentry work presented quite the challenge to locate a contractor willing and able to take on the task. After reading numerous glowing online reviews for Hicks Roofing, we decided to give them a call. Our first contact was with the office manager, Jennifer Burgess. She conducted herself in both a friendly and professional manner. Mr. Hick came to our home and prepared a very reasonable estimate and gave us a start date. His crew arrived exactly at the scheduled date and time. The work ethic of the Hicks’ crew was exceptional, and the job was finished in a day and a half. Also, we could not be more pleased with the quality of their workmanship. We would recommend Mr. Hicks without reservation if you need a new roof and want a reasonable, professional job.
