Keeping the string of five stars going… After having a back patio installed with a new set of stairs, I needed railings for the new configuration. The landscaper I used had contacts, but several closed recently and I was left to find my own solution. After seeing the reviews about Old Mill, I reached out and they immediately scheduled a visit to my house. The estimate was done on the spot with an estimate of 2-4 weeks to complete. A little over three weeks later, I received a call asking if they could come and install the railings. 45 minutes later, the installers arrived and the results were great.Five stars for many reasons. First, their customer service was excellent. Good communication upfront and during the process. Second, the estimate did not change. I paid exactly what was estimated. Third, the railings were completed and installed inside the window of time provided. Finally, the railings were as described and installed well. I even passed the name to my landscaper so he has a new contact!

Old Mill Iron transformed Old Stone gate signs from flaking, rusty signs to things of sheer beauty...Their folks were very courteous and professional, removing and reinstalling the signs with great care...We recommend their services for anyone requiring iron work???
