Fantastic company. Our A/C went out over the weekend, and Justen responded to my midnight emergency request almost immediately. I was fairly certain what the issue was, so he walked me through my options and had me up & running quickly. Didn't try to upsell anything, and was honest about the work they'd perform. Tough to find that these days. Thanks for running your business the right way!
I usually don't leave 5 stars for service as no service is perfect. These guys were recommended by word of mouth, which is the best kind of marketing you can have. Communication was great. Pricing was within reason. No fluffing things I don't need and only went after the issue that needed resolved. Resolved issue without me having to be their which is a plus. Highly recommend these guys. Worth the wait if there is one.
Justen really got me out of a pickle with a rental property. HVAC went out in the dead of winter and he inspected same day and brought my poor tenants comfort. He gave me a phenomenal price and tons of options to pay. He was fair and professional, and above all honest, informing me throughout the process where I could reasonably save money without skirting corners.
