“Hired Advanced to clean my sectional and area rug. They came out the next day and did a great job on the carpet and what I thought initially was a great job on the sectional as well... When I moved is all back into place the daylight from the sliding glass door revealed that there missed spots in multiple places on the sectional. Their customer care team called the next day to check on the quality of the work and I then told them about the missed spots... They sent another tech out the following morning and he removed all of the spots by hand without the extractor!! Shout out to Josh Baugh!!“
