First time, service was great!! Definitely fixed my leak. Left with a quote of $150 to fix my bathtub faucet, and rebuild the water line from wall to toilet, that HE BROKE!! 4 months later, I asked to fulfill this. Comes to the house same day I call, super excited!! Proceed to tell me I need a new toilet and sink. I ask why new toilet?? Still have to do the water line from wall to toilet, has nothing to do with toilet. Sink is working, just didn't turn water off all the way and it was dripping a tiny bit. Proceeds to fix tub faucet, then wants more money for the toilet water line. "Was a long time ago, I don't remember what I said.". Charged me $150 for the tub alone....read full review

Jeff showed up as expected and immediately diagnosed the difficult draining issue. He stayed on the job until it was completed and was courteous and professional, providing good communication from start to finish.
