I wish there were ten stars to give Carlos and his crew! In today's work force, they are a true gem. I bought flooring from TC's in Dothan and they recommended Carlos for installation. Carlos arrived the day after I called him to look at the project area, sent a quote that evening, and set up the install within a week. Since I was having the entire house done, it took the crew awhile but when they left I felt like I was seeing friends leave. Carlos and his crew installed new laminate plank floors throughout our whole house. The crew always came early and put in a full day’s work. They worked hard and did a great job! They cared about the end result of the work and about the customer’s wants and input. They stayed in communication with us throughout the whole process - from first contact, to getting the quote, to waiting for the install date, to the demo of the old flooring (ceramic tile & carpet) to the installation of the new.
