Dr.Jessica jas helped to chage my life style. I am 61 have been experiencing bad leakage, wearing pads everyday. She has taught me some great exercises that have made this problem so much better. I have not had any leaks for 6 days straight and am only getting up once a night, added benifit I have lost some weight from doing the workouts. Thank you so much Dr.Jessica!!!!

Dr. Jessica and her services were wonderful. I started seeing her after having four births in 3.5 years. I wondered what someone could truly do to help pelvic floor function besides “just do your kegels”. She provided so many different exercises to help with PF function that I could incorporate into my daily routine. She sent detailed videos of each routine so I could refer back to them. Dr. Jessica also came to our home, which was a big blessing having a newborn, 1.5, 2.5, and 3.5 year old. I learned so much about my body and how even the tension in my legs plays a part in pelvic floor function. Amazing! Dr. Jessica has a gentle spirit and is very informative. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with their pelvic floor and ALL new mothers.
