They came out when they said they would. Russell the tech was great with our pets. He had it running with in 30minutes. Gave us great news about our home warranty company. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Peter at prime sent two Excellent gentleman that come out to service our unit. Showed us everything that was wrong and where the problem is on the detector.No hidden fee’s or prices.Offered a service plan at an affordable rate monthly or yearly to come out every 6 months to service our unit.Meanwhile, a 15% discount in any service they perform while on the plan. I will be using them for all of our HVAC needs.Very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
