Elisha was absolutely wonderful with managing my first loan experience. I was skeptical about doing the loan because lets be honest, we've all heard about the misconception about title loans, but she guided me through the process very clearly, and was very polite and didnt leave anything out! If i could give another star for customer service i would!

The ladies in n the office are awesome to to do business with. They take there time and explain everything thoroughly and make sure you know what’s going on. Loan max is the best to use for title loans cause the interest is easy to pay back within a few days or weeks, and not in full Mike other title loan places. I’ll come here everytime for help.

Went today and the little lady at the front desk was so helpful and helped us get a small loan to help out with bills. Highly recommend her! She was easy to joke around with and answered any questions we had.
