Customer service person was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Very relaxing environment with the colored pictures of previous customers kids displayed behind the front desk. Nice touch.

Very very very nice place. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. Very clean and spacious. The employee that helped me name was Elisha and she is wonderful. Very down to earth and sweet. They will definitely get you what you want or the closest they can. I'm very satisfied and strongly recommend.

I have used title loans before and loanmax in Dothan is by far the best. Their customer service is outstanding and they are very professional with me and the rest of the public.
