I request the Tanja Walker be recognized for her outstanding service as a home care provider. She is always on time and dedicated to always helping my wife. The duties are always performed as a true professional. Tasks are completed that help my wife live a better life. She makes sure that my wife’s personal safety and health come first. We have had other health care personnel but Tanja is superior in all aspects of the care for my wife.
