Just had my second session with Tracy at Holistic Equilibrium last night. I was too relaxed to post about it then 😊. I’ve had some neck and shoulder problems I’ve been dealing with and she is helping me so much. She listens to my issues and talks about the muscle groups we need to work on. Has spent so much extra time with me getting me to feel better. Her passion for whole body health really shows. She’s given me exercises to do in between visits to help along the way. If you’ve got any issues at all or just want a wonderful relaxing massage, this is the place to go!!
