We used Hathcock because they have been in business for many years. We have heard horror stories about the quality of roofing projects and knew that Hathcock would provide us with quality workmanship. We also had an emergency with a bathroom leak and Cory sent someone immediately. Dillion was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our bathroom. Cole helped us pick the right shingle and checked on us the morning of our roofing project. The roofers were pleasant and strived to provide quality work.

Jay Pate and Hathcock have done TWO jobs for me over the years; new wood deck w/ new covered roof and a new 2 stall garage. Both jobs have been constructed with detail and I had no problems that amounted to anything. Some reviews below would lean toward the contrary, and I just know you can't please all the people all the time. I would not hesitate to call them again, and would tell anybody looking for home improvement to call them. Now keep in mind it wasn't cheap, but the work doesn't "look" cheap either. Roll Tide.
