Our tech, Chris, is always great! Above and beyond. We normally just need a bit of a recharge due to a small leak. This most recent time, I had them fix the leak as well. These guys have always taken care of me. Courteous and will definitely take care of you. Never try to sale you anything you don't need. I've used them for years and now getting a new unit. Didn't even call anywhere to compare prices because I knew they would be fair.

The air went out suddenly and of course on the weekend ...they returned my call quickly, they showed up when they said, told me what it should cost to repair and had everything he needed...his name is chris and he was so polite and professional...it was fixed probably within an hour and was done.for two old folks on disability this was a miracle to us. Oh yes! And there were no extra charges for after hours! Thank you ECO and thank you Chris! We will be using you from now on!Service: HVAC system repair
