As a Personal Chef in Dothan AL, who specializes in healthy food and nutrition I know personally, how important it is to stay on top of my own health so that I can be my best for others (clients, family, etc).

Dr. Bob and Dr. Ashley have been taking care of me for years and especially when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic pain and most recently a cancer scare.
