Jeremy was prompt, efficient and kept very effective communication during the process. During the estimate process, Jeremy was very upfront and professional while explaining I needed to talk to the power company to schedule to have the power line to our home dropped while they were doing the work. He explained why and it made sense. The day of, (no fault of A1) we had to delay start time because the power company had power outages they had to respond to (rightfully so, the power company was great also) A1 Tree Service didn’t bat an eye. Jeremy with A-1 Tree Service was a amazing experience from getting them lined up with the power company to drop power lines in the way they brought a smaller piece of equipment that could go over my septic tank bringing everything to my back yard to get burned off... The help he brought needed no direction.. They got it done way cheaper than anyone else quoted and in a timely fashion. Great company with great results if you need any tree work I highly recommend this company. I have more work in the future and will be calling them back... Thank y'all again for great services.
