I have an 18 month old computer that was running like it was 10 years old. I tried registry cleaners and could not get it running right. Mr. Tom came out to my house and got it running better than new in no time and did a lot of teaching while he was doing it. I’m very impressed with him and will definitely use him again in the future if needed. I am almost home bound so him being able to come out to my house was a blessing. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service. Tom has worked on 2 of my laptops, one was what I thought beyond repair. He expanded the memory on the older one and it worked like new. The second had a Severe virus and was basically non functional. He cleared the issues and it works better than it ever did. VERY knowledgeable! 1 Guys and a Mouse provides excellent services. I have used this service several times over the last several years for a multitude of computer problems, that included a complete hardware rebuild, upgrades both hardware and software and general cleanup of the computers software environment. I have always found Mr Browning very knowledgeable and helpful. He gets it done when he says that he will. I very much recommend his service.
